We have a track record of successful collaboration (via separate commercial entities) which has been the inspiration of our project QUARTET for Europe. TOKSOY is Board level Corporate Governance Advisor, specialized in Food Retail Businesses; had served in the Global Management Team of Burger King for 12 years as “Operations Excellence Leader EMEA” overseeing 13 countries in Europe with more than 3 thousand stores. He is co-owner / developer of Burgerlab BV, PAZ “open fire cooking” and Plus Kitchen brands.

Efe Urgunlu

Director, Architectural Design & Implementation

URGUNLU specialized in food retail design, expert in creating experiences that are unique to the brand and enhance the individual offer it presents. Have designed hundreds of projects in more than 10 countries in Turkey, Middle East and Europe, mostly in Food retail business. Efe and Hakan are designers and co-owners of Burgerlab BV, PAZ “open fire cooking” and Doner in the Box.

A solid track record in retail development with past experiences in Mc Donald’s, Simit Sarayi and many other chain retailers in their expansion towards Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.A key player in successful investment and introduction strategy of Simit Sarayi business in Holland and Europe with more than 20 stores in Benelux region.

Selin Drin

Director, Culinary Design & Management

DRIN is culinary and concept consultant, had interior architecture training at Pera Fine Arts Academy and culinary arts training in the MSA Chef&Owner programme. She turned these trainings into experience in franchise systems and operations in different Food Retail Businesses in Turkey and Europe.
